The Froschhauser See is a natural still water in the Upper Bavarian municipality of Murnau am Staffelsee in the Froschhausen district . It is one of the warmest swimming lakes in Germany.
It is only separated from the nearby Riegsee by a 200 m strip of land.
The lake has been designated a nature reserve and is part of the FFH area Moor and Drumlin landscape between Hohenkasten and Antdorf .
