The Africa Women Cup of Nations 1995 ( Engl. : African Women Championship , French. : Championnat d'Afrique de football féminin ) was the second, unofficial playout of the African continental championship in women's soccer and was on 5 November 1994 to 18 March 1995 played without a host country in a pure knockout system with a return leg.

Defending champion Nigeria became African champions for the second time with two final victories against South Africa and qualified for the 1995 Women's World Cup in Sweden.
