This article covers the Saudi Arabian national soccer team at the 1994 World Cup . It was Saudi Arabia's first participation in the finals of a soccer World Cup.

In Group F, three teams took the first three places with equal points, each with two wins. All games ended with successes of one goal difference. With an identical point and goal difference, the Netherlands were first ahead of Saudi Arabia, which lost 1: 2 in a direct comparison against Oranje . Belgium moved into the round of 16 as the third team, beating their neighbors 1-0. Morocco did well in fourth place despite the three defeats, because they were extremely close with two 1: 2 and one 0: 1.

Sweden started well in the encounter against outsider Saudi Arabia, who had shown surprisingly strong performances in the preliminary round. With goals from Dahlin and Kennet Andersson, the Scandinavians took a 2-0 lead. However, the Saudis came up to 1: 2 again four minutes before the final whistle, before Andersson again set the end of the game with the 3: 1.
