The Falkland Islands Football Picks is a selection of the best Falkland Islands football players . It is not recognized as an official member by CONMEBOL or FIFA . The team's opponents are usually limited to other UK teams or national teams from other autonomous islands. In 2001, 2005, 2009 and 2011, the team took part in the Iceland Games football tournament.

The team mostly plays on the football field at Stanley Stadium in Stanley , the capital of the islands; The Stanley Community School square is less common .
