At the Island Games in 1993, 1999 and 2003 they came second.

In the 2005/06 season, the Isle of Man won the FA National League System Cup, a tournament for English amateur teams. The winner is entitled to start in the UEFA Regions Cup in the following season . 2006/07 this was the Isle of Man team.
