Furkan Polat (born April 20, 1998 in Kocasinan ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Polat started club football in the youth department of Kocasinan Şimşekspor. He then played for four years for the youth teams of the clubs Bugsaşspor and Osmanlıspor FK .

Here he received a professional contract in July 2014; but continued to play only in the youth and reserve teams. For the 2017 season he moved to fourth division club Çanakkale Dardanelspor . He made his professional debut on August 29, 2017 in the cup game against Edirnespor .

In the summer of 2019 he was signed by the first division club Kayserispor , the most successful club in his home province of Kayseri .
