Ziya Alkurt (born September 26, 1990 in Şalpazarı ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Alkurt began with club football in 2002 in the youth of Trabzon Aydınlıkevler SK and later went through the youth teams of Akçaabat Sebatspor and Beşikdüzüspor . In 2009 he switched to the fourth division Sürmenespor as a professional player and played the following season for this club. In 2010 he moved to the third division Trabzon Karadenizspor , the second team Trabzonspors . After working for six months at Beşikdüzüspor, he joined the fourth division Bayrampaşaspor in spring 2012 . With this club he reached the end of the season, the playoff victory of the TFF 3rd Lig and thus promotion to the TFF 2nd Lig .

For the 2013/14 season he moved to the TFF 1st Lig for relegated Orduspor . In the winter break of 2014/15 he left this club for league rivals Giresunspor . After half a season at Giresunspor, he moved to the second division of his hometown Trabzon in summer 2015, to 1461 Trabzon . With this team he could not keep the class.

He moved to Denizlispor for the 2016/17 season . In his first season he was the team's top scorer with nine goals in 33 games. The following season 2017/18 he finished with seven goals in 28 appearances. In the third year he scored ten goals. With Denizlispor he was able to celebrate the championship of the TFF 1st Lig 2018/19 and the promotion to the Süper Lig.
