Fuxia - Die Minihexe (original title Foeksia de Miniheks ) is a Dutch children's film by the director Johan Nijenhuis from 2010 . It is the film adaptation of the children's book Fuxia, the mini witch by Paul van Loon .

action

The magician Kwark finds an egg in the forest from which the little witch Fuxia hatches. She grows up with Kwark and is sent by him to the magic school. One day Fuxia meets the human boy Tommie, with whom she befriends, even though other witches warn her about the humans. Tommie's father, a building contractor, wants to clear the forest in which Kwark, Fuxia and many other witches live to build houses. But with the help of Tommie and the other witches, Fuxia manages to put the construction workers to flight and save the forest.
