Fynn Arkenberg (born March 4, 1996 in Neustadt am Rübenberge ) is a German football player . He is under contract with SV Rödinghausen .

Career

Arkenberg has played for the Hannover 96 youth team since 2011 . There he was initially used in the U-17 Bundesliga 2012/13 except for the last matchday and scored one goal. The season finally ended in third place, with three points behind the qualification for the national finals was just missed.

The following year he played for the A youth. On the seventh day he played his first game, another appearance followed on the 13th day before he was seeded since the 22nd day and by the end of the following season only missed two games, while he almost always played through. The 2013/14 season ended with second place, which meant qualification for the finals. The semi-finals were won, but the team lost in the final under coach Daniel Stendel against the U19 of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim under Julian Nagelsmann with 0: 5.

The following season ended with a similar success: Hanover again achieved second place one point behind, but was unable to qualify for the national finals due to the mode. In 2015 he was promoted to the second team in Hanover. In the 2015/16 Regional Football League he was a regular from the start and played almost every game. On May 7th, 2016 he made his Bundesliga debut against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, again under Daniel Stendel against Julian Nagelsmann. He played 90 minutes as a right-back replacing Hiroki Sakai .

In the 2017/18 season , Arkenberg was again exclusively in the squad of the second team. He was used in 33 regional league games and scored one goal.

For the 2018/19 season, the defender moved to the 3rd division for Halleschen FC , with whom he signed a contract that ran until June 30, 2020. After 17 league and three Saxony Cup games for the HFC , with whom he was fourth in the table, the contract was terminated in mid-August 2019 to enable Arkenberg to move to the regional league club SV Rödinghausen .
