Hans Günther Ferdinand Stanislaus Freiherr von Seherr-Thoß (born July 18, 1859 in Pleß , Upper Silesia , † 1926 ) was the Prussian entails owner , administrative lawyer and district administrator as well as regional president in Liegnitz (1902-1915).

Life

origin

His parents were Stanislaus Ferdinand Sigismund Freiherr von Seherr-Thoss (1827–1907), district administrator of the Pleß district and Marie Charlotte Albertine Elisabeth Knappe von Knappstädt .

Career

He began as a court clerk in 1880, in 1882 as a government clerk in Opole , and in 1885 as a government assessor in Frankfurt ad Oder . In 1887 Freiherr von Seherr-Thoß was appointed district administrator of the district of Grünberg i. Schles. appointed and held office until 1892. He then moved to the Prussian Ministry of Agriculture, Domains and Forests as a secret councilor . In 1896 he made it to the Secret Upper Government Council and in 1902 was appointed District President in Liegnitz .

Günther Freiherr von Seherr-Thoß was also Chamberlain , Dike Captain , Privy Councilor and Lecturing Council in the Prussian Ministry of Agriculture and Rittmeister of the Reserve of the Leib-Kürassier-Regiment “Großer Kurfürst” (Silesian) No. 1 .

He was a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg and the Corps Borussia Bonn .
