Gbaya Boniface Ziri

Gbaya Boniface Ziri (born December 31, 1949 in Gagnoa ) is an Ivorian priest and bishop of Abengourou .

Life

Gbaya Boniface Ziri joined the religious order of the Jesuits and was ordained a priest on June 6, 1976 . He was in the 1994 clergy of the diocese of Abengourou incardinated . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on July 1, 2009 Bishop of Abengourou.

The episcopal ordination donated him the old archbishop of Abidjan , Bernard Cardinal Agré , on August 22nd of the same year; Co - consecrators were Pierre-Marie Coty , Old Bishop of Daloa , and Joseph Yapo Aké , Archbishop of Gagnoa .
