The Flagellation Chapel (Latin Flagellatio ) is a small church building in the Muslim quarter of Jerusalem's old town on Via Dolorosa and, together with the Condemnation Chapel in the same courtyard opposite, forms the second station of the Way of the Cross there.

The crusader building, built in the 12th century, served as a horse stable after the end of the crusader era, and later as a weaver's workshop until it collapsed. Ibrahim Pascha returned the ruins to the Catholic Church in 1838, represented by the Custody of the Holy Land of the Franciscans (OFM) , Max Joseph in Bavaria financed the restoration of the dilapidated chapel in 1839. In 1929 it was built according to plans by Antonio Barluzzi (1884– 1960) rebuilt in the style of the 12th century.
