Gerhard Eikenbusch (also: Gerd Eikenbusch ; born September 3, 1952 in Wimbern , Soest district ) is a German educator and writer .

Life

Gerhard Eikenbusch laid in 1972, the Graduate and began after the civil service , a study of German language and literature and pedagogy at the University of Bochum , he with the promotion to Doctor of Philosophy graduated. In addition, he worked as an employee and author for children's and youth theater . From 1985 he worked as a research assistant in teacher training . Later he was a teacher and from 2002 head of the Archigymnasium in Soest . Eikenbusch currently heads the German grammar school in Stockholm and is an editorial member of the journal PÄDAGOGIK.

In addition to numerous specialist publications on educational topics, Gerhard Eikenbusch also wrote books for young people , plays and radio plays . His most successful narrative work is the novel "And every day a little less from me", which deals with the subject of anorexia .

Gerhard Eikenbusch is a member of the Association of German Writers . He received u. a. In 1976 first prize from the Association of German Open-Air Theaters , in 1980 the Joseph Dietzgen Prize and in 1985 the Literature Prize of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia .
