Gerhard Grothusen

Gerhard Grothusen (born October 13, 1843 in Copenhagen , † January 14, 1878 in Zell (Mosel) ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Gerhard Grothusen attended the school of scholars in Plön and passed the school leaving examination there in 1863. He then studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel and the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1864 he became a member of the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . After the legal state examination in 1867, he initially had jobs in Flensburg , Sonderburg and Augustenburg , before taking over the provisional administration of the Bailiwick of Toftlund and Rödding . In 1875 he became district administrator of the district of Zell . He held the office until his death in 1878.
