The German three-cushion masters 2015 ( GDM for short ) is the third edition of the tournament series in the three- cushion billiard discipline . It will be played immediately after the end of the season. The first tournament took place in Herten from May 31 to June 2, 2013 and will be the venue again this year. Christian Rudolph had to cancel the tournament for health reasons. For him, the first substitute in the ranking is Marcel Decker.

mode

The GDM 2015 was an invitation tournament for a total of 16 players. Invited are:

1. the best 13 players according to the Bundesliga rankings (1st & 2nd Bundesliga)
2. 1 wildcard player each (WC) - GDM / sponsor / host

In the preliminary round the game is played on 40 points with a push-button, and from the final round on 50 points without a push-button. The shot clock is set to 50 seconds with the option of 2 time-outs per game at 40 points or 3 time-outs for a game at 50 points. The two group winners in the preliminary round move on to the final round. In the preliminary round it is played on four tables, then only on two tables. All games will be broadcast live by the Internet TV station Kozoom .

There is no entry fee.

In the preliminary round, the game was played in four groups of four players each, and the first two of the group moved on to the final round (quarter-finals). The grouping was as follows:
