Gervane Kastaneer (born June 9, 1996 in Rotterdam ) is a Dutch football player . He plays in the position of striker for NAC Breda .

Career

Kastaneer joined IJVV De Zwervers as a child and moved to Feyenoord Rotterdam's youth academy in 2005 . In 2007 he went to FC Dordrecht . On April 5, 2013 he made his professional debut with his substitution three minutes before the end of the game in the 1: 2 defeat on the 30th matchday of the second division against Sparta Rotterdam . Kastaneer came to regular play, in which FC Dordrecht finished ninth, to three missions; in the play-off games, in which you failed at Go Ahead Eagles Deventer , he came to a use. For the 2013/14 season he moved to ADO Den Haag in the Eredivisie . On February 4, 2015 he made his debut in the Eredivisie with his substitution four minutes before the end of the game in the 2-0 win on matchday 21 of the 2014/15 season against FC Twente . On April 12, 2015 he scored his first goal in the Dutch first class with the second goal in the 85th minute in the 2-0 win on matchday 30 against FC Utrecht . Kastaneer made eight appearances in the Eredivisie in the 2014/15 season. During the winter break of the 2015/16 season he was awarded to FC Eindhoven . Kastaneer came to 14 missions in regular league play in the second division and to two missions in the play-offs, in which the Eindhoven team failed at NAC Breda . For the 2016/17 season he returned to ADO Den Haag.

On July 6, 2017, Kastaneer moved to Germany for the second division club 1. FC Kaiserslautern and signed a three-year contract. For 1. FC Kaiserslautern he made ten appearances in the 2. Bundesliga and was relegated with the club at the end of the season.

In the summer of 2018 he moved back to the Netherlands on a free transfer and joined NAC Breda for two years .

National teams

Kastaneer played twice for the Dutch U-19 national team and eleven times (two goals) for the U-20 national team .

On November 15, 2016, he made his debut in a 1-1 test match in Doetinchem against Portugal for the Dutch U-21 national team .
