The Bjelovar-Bilogora [ bjɛlɔʋaːr biːlɔgɔra ] ( Croatian Bjelovarsko-bilogorska županija ) is a county in northern Croatia . It is located east of Zagreb , south of the Koprivnica-Križevci County and west of the Virovitica-Podravina County . It has an area of 2,652 km² and 119,764 inhabitants (2011 census). The administrative seat is Bjelovar .
