Giacomo Rossi Stuart

Giacomo Rossi Stuart (born August 25, 1925 in Todi , † October 20, 1994 in Rome ) was an Italian film actor .

Life

Rossi Stuart, who played many sports in his youth and achieved success in the decathlon, among others , came to the USA in the early 1950s to do his training as an actor at The Actors Studio . In 1955 he returned to Italy and received many roles in coat-and-epee films . In his nearly 80 films up to 1980 he played in all genres, especially often in spaghetti westerns and horror films . Then he retired from the business; He was only seen three times from 1987 to 1989 in cheaply produced war films.

Rossi Stuart, who could embody both heroes and crooks, is the father of actor Kim Rossi Stuart . In some films he used the Anglicized pseudonym Jack Stuart .
