Giovanni Cianfriglia

Giovanni Cianfriglia (born April 5, 1935 in Anzio ) is an Italian stuntman and actor .

Life

Cianfriglia was active as a swimmer and boxer when he was a student; In 1958 he got the opportunity to act as a double of Steve Reeves in his Hercules films and also received small roles in them. In addition to his stunt work from the late 1960s, this led to appearances in small, secondary and occasional leading roles in numerous adventure , western and crime films , who knew how to use his acrobatic skills, but occasionally also in comedies. Cianfriglia also used pseudonyms such as Ken Wood , John Richmond , Phil Karson and Jody Wanger .
