Giacomo Sinibaldi (bishop, 1766)
Giacomo Sinibaldi (born July 10, 1766 in Sant'Elpidio a Mare , Marche , † September 2, 1843 ibid) was a curial archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church .
Life
Giacomo Sinibaldi received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Fermo on June 7, 1800 . He entered the service of the Curia as papal secret chamberlain under Pope Pius VII and became a canon of Santa Maria Maggiore. In 1814 he was appointed President of the Pontifical Academy for the Ecclesiastical Nobility in Rome by Pius VII .
On August 13, 1821, Pope Pius VII appointed him titular bishop of Tamiathis . The Cardinal Bishop of Albano Pietro Francesco Galleffi donated him episcopal ordination on August 19, 1821 ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishops Francesco Bertazzoli and Giovanni Francesco Falzacappa .
On January 27, 1843 Pope Gregory XVI appointed him . to the Latin Patriarch of Constantinople .
