The aircraft crew consists of Captain Viktor Nemetz ( Juraj Kukura ), his co-pilot Rolf Erhardt ( Volker Brandt ) and the stewardesses Verena Bernsdorf ( Anja Kruse ), Sabine Möhl ( Alexa Wiegandt ) and Martina Mikorey ( Dana Geissler ). The tour guides Sylvia Baretti and Andreas von Romberg are given by Conny Glogger and Thomas Fritsch . action

Building contractor Eichinger went bankrupt and was left by his wife. He started the trip to the Fiji Islands because his ticket had already been paid for. Stewardess Martina comforts him over his lovesickness and the acting tour guide Andreas, who has connections in Fiji, arranges a meeting with a local planning manager. Eichinger can present his ideas for a new holiday complex.

The restaurateurs Rainer Schnell and Fritz Schneck who were traveling with us couldn't stand each other at first. While Rainer is convinced on the basis of a prophecy that his fate will overtake him in Fiji, Fritz makes fun of his complacent fellow travelers. However, when the local cook injured himself on a multi-day island cruise, both of them take over catering for the travelers with great enthusiasm. After all, they are even planning a professional future together.

Gerd Helmer seems to be swimming in money and reads his pretty friend Marita's every wish from the eyes. However, Rolf Erhardt recognizes him on a phantom image that was made after a bank robbery in Frankfurt. Unmasked, Gerd initially wants to flee, but then ruefully falls into the hands of the police.
