Happy Journey - Bali is a German TV film by Wigbert Wicker . The production of the fourth part of the television series Happy Journey took place in November 1991 in Kuta and the province of Badung in Bali ( Indonesia ). The film premiered on January 21, 1992 on ProSieben .

The aircraft crew consists of Captain Viktor Nemetz ( Juraj Kukura ), his co-pilot Rolf Erhardt ( Volker Brandt ) and the stewardesses Hilde Sieloff ( Sabine Kaack ), Sabine Möhl ( Alexa Wiegandt ) and Petra Lotz ( Jennifer Nitsch ). The tour guides Sylvia Baretti and Armin Jobst are given by Conny Glogger and Amadeus August . The guest actors include Veronika Faber , Reinhard Glemnitz , Patrick Bach , Andrea Schober , Evelyn Gressmann , Billie Zöckler and Kurt Weinzierl . Bernd Stephan as captain Lars Breklund initially represents the defaulting captain Nemetz.

Markus, the son of the Steinbach couple, shares a room in the hotel in Bali with Konrad Rabe, who is about the same age. The Steinbachs get confused when they notice that Markus and Konrad are exchanging tenderness. Their relief is great when it finally turns out that Konrad is a girl and is taking part in the trip under the name of his unable-to-be brother.

The two older women Editha Heineke and Annemarie Rabeneck are looking for the marriage fraud Waldemar Schmidt, who once cheated on both of them and then fled to Bali. When Waldemar is spotted in his tropical paradise, he is not at all enthusiastic that his past catches up with him here. But he has his means to get rid of the pesky ladies.

Stewardess Hilde gets a baby in her arms while she goes shopping. The owner of the child does not appear at first and Hilde has to take care of it, until after a few days the father of the baby with his extended family demands his youngest back.

Finally, Captain Viktor Nemetz reappears, who had been kidnapped on the last stop of the voyage and therefore missed the onward flight. He takes command again from his deputy, Captain Breklund.
