Veronika Faber
Veronika Faber (born November 18, 1945 in Munich ) is a German actress .
life and work
She attended drama school Genzmer from Hertha Genzmer and played from 1965 to 1969 in the Theater am Turm in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse State Theater in Wiesbaden and at the National Theater in Mannheim . From 1970 she appeared in Munich, at the Volkstheater in Munich , at the Bavarian State Theater , at the Small Comedy, at Theater 44 , at the Bavarian State Opera as well as at the Small Comedy Hamburg and the Torturmtheater Sommerhausen under Veit Relin . From 1976 to 1981 she was part of the ensemble of the Munich laughing and shooting society . Her roles included Pippa in Gerhart Hauptmanns Und Pippa tanzt! , Jessica in Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice and Anja in Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard .
Veronika Faber came to film at the time of the sex wave and was then seen in numerous feature and television films as well as series such as Tatort and Die Hausmeisterin . Also called Diseuse she made a name for himself. She often appeared with her partner, the Austrian actor Kurt Weinzierl . Together with him she received the Schwabing Art Prize in 1997 . A daughter was born in 1984.
