Glubokoje ( Kazakh and Russian Глубокое ) is an urban-type settlement in eastern Kazakhstan and the administrative center of the district of the same name with about 9400 inhabitants.

The village was founded in 1779 and is located in the East Kazakhstan region on the right bank of the Irtysh River, 23 km northwest of the regional capital Öskemen and 15 km northwest of Öskemen Airport . There is a river port , a copper smelter and a textile factory in the village .
