The Gmina Błażowa is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Rzeszowski of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city ​​of the same name ( German Blasow ) with about 2100 inhabitants.

geography

The municipality lies in the Pogórze Dynowskie ( Dynówer foothills) of the Subcarpathian Mountains. The Ryjak River is one of the waters.

history

From 1975 to 1998 the municipality belonged to the Rzeszów Voivodeship .
