The Gmina Niepołomice is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Wielicki of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city of the same name ( German Niepolomitz ) with 12,000 inhabitants (2016).
history
From 1975 to 1998 the municipality was part of the Kraków Voivodeship .

structure
The urban and rural community of Niepołomice has over 27,000 inhabitants on an area of 95 km². The municipality includes the following villages: Chobot, Ochmanów, Podłęże, Słomiróg, Staniątki , Suchoraba, Wola Batorska, Wola Zabierzowska, Zabierzów Bocheński, Zagórze, Zakrzowiec and Zakrzów.
