The Gmina Pińczów is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Pińczowski of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in Poland . The seat of the Powiat and the municipality is the city of the same name with around 11,000 inhabitants.
The municipality is located between Krakow and Kielce . The waters include the Nida River .

From 1975 to 1998 the municipality was part of the Kielce Voivodeship .
