Grażyna Kowina
Grażyna Kowina (born May 6, 1962 ) is a former Polish middle and long distance runner .
At the World Cross Country Championships she came in 1987 in Warsaw on place 80 and in 1988 in Auckland on place 100.
In 1990 she won the Paderborn Easter run over 10 km, and in 1991 she came second there. That same year she finished fourth in the Beijing Marathon . In 1992 she won the Berlin City Night , in 1993 she was sixth in the Houston Marathon and fourth in the Berlin Half Marathon , and in 1994 she won the Berlin Women's Run .
She was Polish champion three times in the 3000 m (1988, 1990, 1991) and once each in the 800 m (1986) and 5000 m (1990). In 1986 she won the national title over 800 m and in 1987 over 1500 m in the hall .
