The Grigorowitsch M-3 ( Russian Григорович М-3 , also Shchetinin Shch -3 (Щетинин Щ-3), after the manufacturing plant in Saint Petersburg , Schetinin) is a single-engine flying boat of Russian origin.

Except for changes to the wing profile, it corresponds to the Grigorowitsch M-2. The two-seater aircraft was built using a composite construction. The pilots were seated next to each other. It was first powered by a Gnôme Monosoupape engine of 100 hp, which drove a pusher propeller. Support floats are located at the end of the lower wing for stabilization on the water. Compared to the M-2, the flight characteristics were significantly better, but the seaworthiness could not convince. Take-off and landing was practically only possible safely in mirror-smooth water. Only a test model was built.
