Höhenberg is a village and a cadastral community of the market community Großdietmanns in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 44 building areas with 25,208 m² and 72 gardens on 49,066 m² in the cadastral community of Höhenberg, in 1989/1990 there were 43 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 260 and in 2009/2010 there were 104 buildings on 239 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 254 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 121 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 230 hectares and 141 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 217 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 142 hectares. The average soil climate number of Höhenberg is 19.7 (as of 2010).
