Unterlembach is a place and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Großdietmanns in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 63 building areas with 27,631 m² and 23 gardens on 9,540 m² in the cadastral community Unterlembach, in 1989/1990 there were 64 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 226 and in 2009/2010 there were 140 buildings on 221 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 416 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 188 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 391 hectares and 203 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 386 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 201 hectares. Unterlembach's average soil climate is 24.3 (as of 2010).
