The port of Karlstadt has existed since 1968 and is operated by Schwenk Zement , Karlstadt as a works port . It is located at Main km 227.1 on the right and consists of a harbor basin with a length of 210 m, a width of 40 m and a depth of three meters, as well as a land at MK 226.8 with a quay length of 100 m and a width of 15 m.
