Haliliye is a municipality founded in 2014 in the Turkish province of Şanlıurfa . It emerged from a division of the central city district ( Merkez ). Haliliye includes the central parts of the city of Şanlıurfa with the neighboring villages and has 357,504 inhabitants. In addition to the city of Şanlıurfa, the municipalities of Kısas and Konuklu and 134 villages belong to Haliliye.
