Hans Martini (administrative lawyer)

Hans Martini (* 1890 in Frankenthal (Palatinate) ; † 1969 ) was a German administrative lawyer and district president of Swabia .

Career

Hans Martini's father was a judge at the Bavarian Supreme Court . After participating in the First World War, the major state law examination followed in 1921. From 1922 he was district administrator in Illertissen . In 1929 he was a government councilor with the title and rank of government councilor first class in the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior as a personal advisor to the Bavarian Interior Minister Karl Stützel, like he was a member of the Bavarian People's Party . Since he did not join the NSDAP after 1933 , he was employed by the Bavarian Insurance Chamber from 1935 . After the war, Martini worked as a ministerial advisor and was entrusted with the management of the Bavarian Insurance Chamber. In 1945 he was also briefly discussed as Bavarian Minister of the Interior. On March 1, 1946, he was dismissed from duty, but reinstated by the military government. Martini was President of the Swabian government from July 1, 1949 . In doing so, he sometimes sharply criticized the activities of the ministries in Munich. He retired on July 31, 1955.

Since 1910 he was a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Aenania Munich .
