Wilhelm von Pechmann (District President)

Wilhelm Freiherr von Pechmann (born May 27, 1839 in Günzburg , † May 21, 1887 in Augsburg ) was a Bavarian administrative officer.

Life

Wilhelm von Pechmann studied at the University of Munich Law . In 1858 he became a member of the Corps Bavaria Munich . After graduating, he entered the Bavarian civil service. He became government director and in 1879 police director in Munich. Von Pechmann became president of the government of Swabia in 1887 and died in the same year. He was buried in the Altes Südfriedhof in Munich.

Von Pechmann was royal chamberlain and grand commander, commander and knight of high orders.
