Hans Rüdiger (District President)
Hans Rüdiger (born June 16, 1889 in Heidekrug near Lissa ) was a German administrative officer and district president in Opole , Province of Silesia .
On October 13, 1937, he was appointed government president in Opole . During the Second World War he acted as head of civil administration ( CdZ ) at Army Group Command 1 and was deployed as CdZ in the Troppau district , Reichsgau Sudetenland as early as 1938 .
