Hanspeter Wieland (2013)

Hanspeter Wieland (born August 23, 1948 in Radolfzell on Lake Constance ) is a writer who writes books and poems in seafaring about the region, the people and the systematic nature of their language. He is co-editor of poetry collections and anthologies . He also publishes in standard German.

Life

The stations on his life path were Betenbrunn ( Heiligenberg (Bodenseekreis) ), Pfullendorf , Ettenheimmünster and Ettenheim , Konstanz and Berlin . For almost 40 years his focus was in Immenstaad on Lake Constance . After living briefly in the Salem district of Neufrach , he moved to Überlingen in March 2013 .

His teacher Richard Gäng in the St. Landolin monastery school in Ettenheimmünster discovered his linguistic dexterity. Hanspeter Wieland was able to realize his practical side in training to become a machine fitter. He then worked in many professions in industry. He is married and has three sons. Hanspeter Wieland has been in the trade union movement for over 40 years and has been a member of the Association of German Writers since 1995 . For a few years he was the author 's spokesman for the Muettersproch Society for the Alemannic Language. In the international Lake Constance region he is part of the Meersburg authors' group.

philosophy

Hanspeter Wieland is committed to good, fair coexistence and respect for nature, animals and plants. He gains his knowledge from thinking against the current, in simple life far from all smoothness and norms. He regards life and writing as a unit. His Alemannic poems are a composition of Alemannic words with Alemannic implications and word sounds. He is a language artist.

Manfred Bosch characterized this:

"... the most enjoyable refreshment of blood for the Alemannic dialect for a long time ..."

- Manfred Bosch: Discussion by Hanspeter Wieland: Schineggler and Bappele rearfier

And Markus Manfred Jung attested him in Alemannic:

"So in our dialect no has no gschrift."

- Markus Manfred Jung: Discussion by Hanspeter Wieland: Bappele rearfier

His motto is:

"Chat mummer with de Leit - chat"

- Hanspeter Wieland: poem kindness - kindnesses

And his (threefold) ideal of life is: equal rights for men and women. Respect for the physical work ("create with the hand"). Live without property.

Readings

Hanspeter Wieland, Überlingen, is an Alemannic author: literary reading in the cathedral school in Konstanz on November 27, 2015.

He contributes to an understanding of Lake Constance alemannic in author readings that he holds alone or with colleagues . He is a member of the Meersburg authors' group around Lake Constance . This meets every year before Advent at Meersburg Castle and reads from works by writers who used to live in the region. This also includes forgotten writers or writers whom one would like to draw attention to again. He is one of the Alemannic authors who, in dialogue with schoolchildren, brings Alemannic as a further language next to written German to the children ("dialect in school").

Projects

Project Neufracher Bucherschmiede

Wieland writes, designs and produces hand-bound texts. (As of 2016: 400 individual pieces). He sees this as an alternative to the conventional publisher presentation. The topics are mentally grouped into six volumes “In my Reich”, two volumes “Dichten und Dichten im Dialekt”, further volumes with treatises and aphorisms as well as “Narrative prose from Immenstaad and the Salem Valley”, dialect poems and the “Tierle brochures”.

Wall runners project

Wieland is co-editor of the literary magazine "Mauerlaeufer", in which he also publishes. It has been published annually since 2014 under the motto radical, regional, marginal. Radical refers to across the published opinion. Regional refers to the regions Allgäu to Hegau , Upper Swabia , the German shores of Lake Constance , the Swiss cantons of Schaffhausen , Thurgau , St. Gallen and the Austrian Vorarlberg . Marginal refers to topics and people on the edge of attention.

Wieland summarizes his thoughts on five years of the Wall Runner and the ideal form of the Wall Runner in his articles in the booklet Mein Mauerläufer . For him, radical and transverse means: poetic freedom, swimming against the current, exploring “the invisible side of the moon”, thinking ahead, understanding minorities, thinking holistically and empathically, even against the resistance of the “decent”.
