Hanswerner Müller

Hanswerner Müller (born July 7, 1899 in Minden ; † November 1, 1983 in Kassel ) was a German federal judge .

Life

Family and education

The Evangelical baptized, born in Minden Hans-Werner Müller, turned to the High School to the study of law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich , the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster to, there it was in 1924 Dr. jur. PhD .

Hanswerner Müller married Wilma nee Langheinrich in 1944. He died in Kassel at the beginning of November 1983 at the age of 84.

Professional background

After graduating, Hanswerner Müller took up a position as an assessor at the Minden Labor Court , and in 1928 he moved to the Reich Insurance Office in Berlin-Mitte in the same position . In 1930 he was appointed to the position of regional judge at the regional court in Köslin . In 1938 he moved to the Hamm Higher Regional Court in the role of higher regional judge . In the following year he took on the duties of legal advisor to the Reich Commissioner for Pricing , and in 1943 he was transferred to the Reich Ministry of Justice as an assistant officer.

After the end of the Second World War he returned to Hamm as a higher regional judge . In 1954 he was appointed judge at the Federal Administrative Court , and in 1967 he was adopted into retirement. Hanswerner Müller stood out in particular through publications on the subject of public law .
