Haselgraben is a village and a cadastral municipality in the market town of Ybbsitz in the Amstetten district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 175 building areas with 55,125 m² and 125 gardens on 450,426 m² in the cadastral community Haselgraben, in 1989/1990 there were 174 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 250 and in 2009/2010 there were 209 buildings on 293 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 1,005 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 356 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 958 hectares and 422 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 949 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 395 hectares. Haselgraben's average soil climate number is 21.9 (as of 2010).
