The house at Heiligegeiststraße 13 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located southeast of the historic Quedlinburg old town. It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The representative house was built in 1884. The construction was started by the town planning officer Jacobi , and the house was continued and completed by the town building officer Gaul . In its appearance the house resembles a baroque city palace of the Roman style. Inside the building, the original design has largely been preserved. Original lead glazing and stucco exist . On the courtyard side there is another wing of the building, the design of which is based on the main building.
