Heilinghaus is a district of the Bavarian market Waidhaus in the district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab in the administrative district of Upper Palatinate .

Geographical location

Heilinghaus is located about four kilometers south of Waidhaus, southeast of the 591 meter high Ulrichsberg . Heilinghaus is located south of the road from Pfrentsch to Burkhardsrieth.

history

Heilinghaus (also: Heiligenhaus) belonged to the municipality of Pfrentsch since 1821 together with Zieglhütte, Thomasgschieß and the village of Pfrentsch itself.

In 1976 Heilinghaus was incorporated into Waidhaus as part of the Pfrentsch community.

In 1913 Heilinghaus had a house and three Catholics. It belonged to the Burkhardsrieth branch . In the area of the parish of Pleystein, to which the Expositur Burkhardsrieth belonged, at that time 2757 Catholics and 4 Protestants lived. In 1990 there were four Catholics living in Heilinghaus.
