Heinrich Abendschein

Heinrich Abendschein (born August 6, 1920 in Belsenberg ; † March 21, 1999 in Blaufelden ) was a German agricultural scientist , administrative officer and politician ( FDP / DVP ).

Life

Abendschein took part in World War II as a soldier from 1940 to 1942 . In 1941 he suffered a serious wound during the Russian campaign, whereupon his left upper arm had to be amputated. On his return he completed a degree in agricultural sciences at the Hohenheim Agricultural University , which he graduated with a diploma in 1947. In 1948 he was promoted to Dr. agr. PhD (dissertation: genetic analysis of bulls of the Amor 169 line of the Franconian-Hohenlohe Fleckviehzuchtverband ). He then worked as an agriculture teacher in Bad Mergentheim , Öhringen and Künzelsau . He then entered the administrative service, in 1959 became the head of the agricultural office in Blaufelden as the regional agricultural councilor and was most recently the government's agricultural director.

Abendschein was elected in the state elections in 1972 through a second mandate from the Crailsheim constituency as a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg , to which he belonged until 1976.

Heinrich Abendschein was married and had three children.
