The Ikamiut Heliport is a heliport in Ikamiut in western Greenland . Since it has no terminal building and is rarely approached , the heliport is also known as a helistop .

Airlines and Destinations

Since the beginning of 2017 the shipping company Disko Line has been offering irregular connections to Akunnaaq and Qasigiannguit . The helicopters for this are chartered by Air Greenland . Air Greenland operated the routes itself until 2016.
Ship connections to the surrounding settlements are much more frequent.
