Henning Bardenwerper
Henning Bardenwerper , also Hennig Bardenwerper , Henni Barenwerper or Bartenwerper (* unknown; buried October 12, 1632 in Braunschweig ) was a German tanner and shoemaker as well as councilor and chamberlain in Braunschweig's Weichbild old town and later mayor of the Weichbild Altewiek .
Life
Henning Bardenwerper came from the most important council shoemaker family in the old town. Like him, his ancestors were tanners and shoemakers and for 200 years, between 1446 and 1646, represented in the councils of the old town. The demarcation between him and other relatives and ancestors who were also named Henni (n) g , e.g. B. Henning Bardenwerper the Elder Ä. and Henning Bardenwerper d. J. , is sometimes difficult. Between 1601 and 1607, Henning Bardenwerper was councilor of the old town and in 1608 he was the treasurer there. In 1610 he moved to the Weichbild Altewiek and is occupied as mayor there around 1620. From 1601 to 1620 he was in the guild of tanners and shoemakers. Henning Bardenwerper was also a member of the kitchen council .
