Henning Hauger (born July 17, 1985 in Bærum ) is a Norwegian football player . The midfielder , who became Norwegian champions in 2008, made his debut for the Norwegian national team in 2006 . His brother Andreas Hauger was also a professional soccer player.
Career
Club career
Hauger played for Stabæk Fotball from the age of five until he was twenty-fifth. He moved up to the team's professional squad in 2002, but was not used in the Tippeligaen . He made his first division debut as a substitute in the following season, but it was not until the 2004 season before he could play in the starting lineup. After relegation of the club at the end of the season, he established himself in the second division in the club's regular formation and was able to celebrate the direct promotion.
In the following years he remained loyal to Stabæk Fotball and became Norwegian national champion with the club in 2008. In July 2011, Hauger moved to the German Bundesliga with Hannover 96 with a contract term until June 30, 2015 . On September 1, 2012 Hannover 96 announced that Hauger would be loaned to Lillestrøm SK until December 31, 2012 .
On January 3, 2013 Hannover 96 announced Hauger's move to the Swedish first division club IF Elfsborg .
National team
In the team, which was able to establish itself in the front area of the table, thanks mainly to goals from Daniel Nannskog and Veigar Páll Gunnarsson , Hauger recommended himself for the national team, in which he played an international trip to North America in 2006 against the US American and Mexican national selections debuted.
