Henning Wiechers (born April 27, 1974 in Mannheim ) is a German handball goalkeeper .
Career
From 2002 to 2005 he played at VfL Gummersbach , but according to the VfL Gummersbach coach, Norway's national goalkeeper Steinar Ege was the seed and Wiechers moved to HSV Hamburg . In the 2005/06 season he played at HSV Hamburg in the handball Bundesliga . There he formed the goalkeeper frame with Goran Stojanović , which was supplemented by the young goalkeeper Tobias Mahncke . At the beginning of 2007 he moved to TuS N-Lübbecke for half a year , in summer 2007 he joined TV Korschenbroich , which had been promoted to the second division , where his contract was terminated after a few months. Since November 2008, he was in the squad of the second division climber Leichlinger TV , in which he had signed a contract until the end of the season, where he injured in a league game with tibia fracture Stefan Nippes replaced. From November 2014 he guarded the gate of the HSG Niederpleis / Sankt Augustin . He has been playing for HSV Bockeroth since the 2015/16 season.
