Asendorf is part of the municipality of Kalletal in the Lippe district . The village is located in the Lipper Bergland between the Teutoburg Forest and the Weser .

history

A Hermen van Assendorpe was first mentioned in writing in 1280 . After being temporarily deserted , the place was repopulated before 1490. Asendorf is since 1 January 1969 by the Lemgo-law , a district of the municipality Kalletal in Lippe .

The south-western part of the district is called Herbrechtsdorf .
