Herman Theobald Glass (born October 15, 1880 in Los Angeles , † January 13, 1961 ) was an American gymnast.
Glass represented the Richmond YMCA at the 1904 Olympic Games in St. Louis, where he won the gold medal on the rings. He had started gymnastics in Chicago in 1896 on the advice of a doctor and continued to practice after his family moved to Los Angeles a few years later. Glass moved to Richmond in 1903 and injured his hand shortly thereafter, forcing him to quit all other sports except the rings. Glass was a full-time bookbinder.
