Hermann Ebner (born February 24, 1896 in Ludwigshafen , † March 12, 1964 in Ludwigsburg ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Born as the son of a commercial employee , Ebner studied after attending the Dillmann-Gymnasium in Stuttgart and participating in the First World War , as a flag junior in the infantry regiment "Kaiser Wilhelm, King of Prussia" (2nd Württembergisches) No. 120 and finally as a first lieutenant in the substitute battalion 180, law in Tübingen , where he became a member of the Germania Tübingen fraternity in 1918 . In 1922 he was promoted to Dr. iur. did his doctorate and after his exams joined the Württemberg interior administration. In 1933 he was for a short time administrative administrator in the Herrenberg Oberamt , from 1933 to 1938 head of the Marbach Oberamt and then until 1945 District Administrator in the Heidenheim district . In 1946 he became a member of the CDU and later the SPD . He became city ​​director in Tübingen, then in Ludwigsburg. From 1948 to 1960 he was district administrator in the Ludwigsburg district .
