Hermann Hertling (born July 16, 1930 in Cologne-Lindenthal ) is a Cologne actor , director , dialect author ( comedies and prose ), reciter and "Verzällchesmann" ( storyteller ).

Life

Hertling was the only child of Adolf Hertling and Elfriede ("Friedel") Hertling, geb. Fedek, his school days in Cologne ( Dreikönigsgymnasium ) with stays in Bavaria due to the war . Professionally, he was an authorized signatory in Brühl and Langenfeld . Hermann Hertling was married to Katharina ("Käthe") Hertling (* 1936, † 2019). He is a father of two and a grandfather of three.
